  I know,I know. I wasn't exactly honest with Leanne about my new relationship with Patrick. Though , given our relationship is so new and we do work together ,Patrick and I both decided it was best to keep things under wraps for now. I wasn't aware that Patrick put in for a higher position within All-Tek and would be hearing back very soon if he got the position. We both had our fingers crossed he got it because at least then we wouldn't be working side by side with one another.

  Patrick was relieved to know that at my new place I wasn't locked into a long lease. He said he was so used to me already he couldn't sleep without me. I quickly reminded him the last thing we did was sleep. Which wasn't a problem because every time I was near him,sleep was the last thing on my mind. I didn't want to be away from him a minute longer than I had to either.

  My crazy best friend Tasha sure had one thing right. Don't knock it till you try it,and Patrick Quinn was exactly what I needed.
